Bullseye 1-2-3 is a high performance universal water-based primer sealer/stain blocker/bond coat that combines fast-dry convenience with outstanding adhesion and stain blocking power. Use Bullseye 1-2-3 for interior and exterior walls, doors, trim, paneling, siding, window frames, and shutters – any surface where a fast-drying, high hiding, high adhesion primer is needed. This all-purpose water-based primer sealer can be used over or under any oil or water-based architectural paint and is ideal for new construction and new modeling.
